PicsArt cannot be used to change the DPI and or the Resolution of an image. Also, PicsArt cannot be used to resize images in CM, MM, Inch, Feet etc. Unlike Photoshop where you can edit all of the above. PicsArt can be used to resize images only in Pixels.

This tutorial is going to a quick and an easy lesson. Before we actually dive into the world of Resize. Let’s first understand all the capabilities of PicsArt.
Well, there are 2 simple ways to resize your image in PicsArt. The first is the Crop Tool and the second method is by using the dedicated Resize Tool.

When you tap on the Crop Tool, a new window appears. At the top middle, you’ll get to see a calculation like 3457×1879 etc. So just tap on it and input your own dimensions.

Now we have the dedicated tool to resize images in PicsArt. Just tap on Tools>Resize (A new window appears). You will soon realise that once you input a value in either fields. The other get’s affected. You cannot choose a dimension of your own. This is one of the minor cons which can seriously fry your brain when you need the most.
